Client Comments
'Fantastic training with excellent trainers.
Thoroughly valuable day'
Ms. J. Rogers (Area Manager, Stop Smoking Wales)
The course was absolutely excellent and the feedback from
those attended reflected this. The delivery and humour when
dealing with this serious topic had the right balance and got
the message across efficiently and effectively. it was
undoubtedly the most interesting, informative and enjoyable
course we have held at the surgery and i will be recommending
you to other Practice Managers and have already informed the
Local Health Board and the sponsors.
Ms. M. Thatcher (Practice Manager, Brynderwen Surgery,

'Just a short note to thank you most sincerely for the
Violence and Aggression training sessions that you provided for
us recently. Your enthusiasm, commitment and dedication to the
subject taught is to be commended.
Ms. A. Richards (Training Manager, Donor Services, Welsh
Blood Service)
I am writing to you to express our extreme satisfaction for
the delivery of the above training to all Business Eye staff.
Although I was unable to attend any of the sessions myself, the
feedback has been very enthusiastic and positive. Your staff who
delivered the training were humours, efficient and professional
in their delivery and impressed many of the Business Eye staff
to a level where they thought it was one of the best training
sessions they have attended. The training was of great
assistance to all staff and valuable for the future when dealing
with clients.
I would personally like you to thank you and your staff for
delivery of this training, which at times, I am sure, is not an
easy topic for discussion.
